As we enter into the new year, we are called to reflect on how to live more authentically, with increased attention to self-love, compassion and balance. We invite you to join us for a six-month commitment to self where you will have the opportunity to deepen your healing work with medically prescribed ketamine in a small women’s cohort. We will be opening this group to 8 women to gather in sacred community, hold space and support one another in the work of self-exploration and healing.
We will facilitate monthly sessions, alternating between live retreat weekends in Woodstock, NY and online group sessions. The work will be informed by the principles of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and Spiritual Psychology. The closed group and commitment to ongoing work over the course of six months will support participants to move deeper into work with parts, nervous systems states, and spiritual development.

Ketamine has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and symptoms of PTSD. When combined with psychotherapy, ketamine can assist in the processing and reconsolidation of trauma memories, increase neuroplasticity to support new behaviors and develop new habits, and support profound shifts in perspective. An intake with our MD who will be overseeing the medical portion of your ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (if you have not already had one, cost $500), approval for treatment and on-going medication management is required for participation.

Women looking for new tools to support their growth in sacred community while reducing their symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. For those who want to go deeper with Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing tools applied to work with non-ordinary states of consciousness, this is an opportunity to move deeper in your healing practice working over six months with the support of a closed cohort. This group is only open to women with prior experience working with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. This is an LGBTQ-inclusive space, trans women and people socialized as women are welcome to join.

Facilitators
ELIZABETH ANABLE, PhD: I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and somatic psychotherapist, committed to supporting my clients to move beyond old patterns, experience more connection with themselves and others, and live their lives with more joy and ease. My work is relational and body-based. I am genuine, non-judgmental, and also challenging. I believe that we each possess an inner knowing that moves us toward healing and wholeness, and that with attuned reflection we can come to trust and follow our inner guidance.
I have 12 years of training in Somatic Experiencing, a doctoral degree in psychodynamic theory, along with advanced training in expanded states of consciousness, Psychedelic Integration Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems. I have a deep love for nature and wild spaces. I work with clients wanting to address and heal from trauma, stress, addiction and loss. I currently supervise therapists and teach courses on neuroscience, trauma, and practice evaluation for Columbia University School for Social Work’s MSW program. I have a private practice and am also part of The Woodstock Therapy Center’s ketamine-assisted psychotherapy team.
REBECCA HENDRIX: I‘m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with clients through a spiritual psychology lens. I completed my Master of Spiritual Psychology and Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica (USM) and obtained a coaching degree from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). I am a certified Imago couples therapist with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I specialize in relationship issues and spiritual growth through a deep exploration of consciousness.
I have completed MDMA-assisted psychotherapy training through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and have advanced training in psychedelic integration. I have trained in Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy+IFS with Phil Wolfson and Richard Schwartz. I believe psychedelics can help connect to parts of self that share innate knowledge. When integrated, this knowledge can heal stuck patterns and irrational beliefs. I have a private practice in lower Manhattan and am also part of The Woodstock Therapy Center’s ketamine-assisted psychotherapy team.
